Our approach to the service
we provide is based around the close relationships we build with
our clients. We work hard to achieve a thorough understanding of
our clients' businesses, so that we can work with them to improve
overall profitability, reduce the ever present burden of taxation
and also help them to comply with the regulatory requirements imposed
by the government and the law.
At McEllin Kelly, our philosophy
is to provide professional, friendly, and timely assistance, whenever
it is needed. Our clients are normally allocated to a particular
member of staff who should be able to deal with all of your day-to-day
requirements. Any queries that may be outside the scope or experience
of your staff, contact will. be referred directly to the partner.
This is in order to provide a consistent, personal approach to each
client, and to allow a professional relationship to develop. Remember,
you can request partner involvement with regard to a particular
query at any time.
As part of our continuing commitment
to prompt and efficient service, we undertake to answer any telephone
call within five "rings" If the person you wish to speak
to is not available, someone else will either take your call, or
call you back within three hours: All incoming post will be responded
to in writing within three working days of our receipt of it.

area of financial expertise that is not listed ~ please ask us.
If we
can not provide it ourselves, then we probably know someone who
can!
